We work together with two parcel services and a carrier:
For Benelux our regular mail and parcel service is up to 23 kg.
For deliveries elsewhere in Europe for post and package up to 70 kg.
Delivery on pallets, or packages heavier than 70 kg. Are transported by our regular transporter Dachser!

When can I return my items?
Within 14 days after receipt of the items, if the following conditions are met:
- The articles are undamaged.
- The items are unused and complete.
- The articles have not been manufactured according to your own individual choices or decisions and specifications, or they are not clearly intended for a specific person.
How do I return my items?
Send us an e-mail, that you want to return the item. A statement of the reason is not mandatory, but we would like to hear it in order to improve our service.

What happens next?
We will email you when we have received the items. We will then refund the purchase price. The costs for returning the articles are for the buyer of the articles.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days, if you have not received it within this time please contact our customer service.
Once 14 days have passed, we are not obliged to accept returns. Legally, notification of complaints must be done within a reasonable time. Our General Terms and Conditions state that we consider 30 days to be a reasonable period.
